Master Chocolatier Praveen Grover
Praveen Grover has travelled the world as a Marine Engineer. As a banker and later as entrepreneur running educational institutes, making golf gloves and dispensing pizzas he lost count of business meetings he attended across the world.
But he chanced upon his true passion during a visit to the chocolate museum in Dublin years ago. Praveen aka Parry (thus, Parriez) fell in love with chocolates and quietly resolved, to one day, drop it all and to just make chocolates with his own hands and heart.
It has taken him more than fifteen years of assiduous work, to develop a premium range of handcrafted gourmet chocolates that after several years of tasting among friends and connoisseurs, have been mesmerising his distinguished clients for the last few years.
Prepared with the best ingredients and a wide range of tempting flavors, these chocolates are cauldron-fresh and a gourmet’s delight.

Our Journey
After having spent years perfecting the art of making chocolates, Praveen finally started dabbling in it as a business around 2004. The intial applause and appreciation was overwhelming. It certainly was enjoyable to pursue and persevere. We consolidated our journey with a successful show at the Bhutan Embassy during Diwali 2013, where we received orders from the family of an Ambassador to India from a prominent European country, who gushed that they hadn’t had such delicious chocolates even in Europe.
Participating in this small but prestigious show gave us the confidence to launch ourselves on a larger scale and following year we participated in more exhibitions. Through exposures and dedicated endeavours response and awareness from our patrons started to grow very favourably.
The response from the business and personal gifts sector as well as individuals and families has been tremendous with people claiming that Parriez chocolates were the best they had ever had, so it is not an empty boast when we do claim that Parriez are the best chocolates for your gifting requirements and self indulgence too. Allow me to share an experince when during the 2020 IPL being held in UAE the CEO of Delhi Capitals team had on celebration of his daughters’ wedding got PARRIEZ CHOCOLATES distributed amongst international cricketers. Likes of Rishabh Pant, Ricky Ponting, Ishant, Ashwin etc. exclaimed and well appreciated these chocolates..We have been further consolidating ever since.
